City Clerk
The City Clerk is responsible for the care of the official records and documents of the City, such as agendas, minutes, resolutions, ordinances, and for providing and maintaining legal and historical records and information.
The City Clerk also coordinates all municipal and special elections held by the City, coordinates the annual boards, commissions, and committees recruitment process, administers a citywide records management program, and administers regulations relating to the Fair Political Practices Commission[Fair Political Practices Commission].
The City Clerk’s office prepares and posts the weekly City Council meeting agendas. City Council meetings are televised live over local cable TV on Time Warner (Channel 10) and rebroadcast over local Cable TV on Time Warner (Channel 10) each weekday beginning at 10:00 a.m. They are also streamlined live over the Internet and available for viewing 24 hours a day.
